To make maki sushi (the various types of rolls), a sushi rolling mat is indispensable. This sushi rolling mat has a size of 24 by 24 centimeters and is therefore suitable for all types of rolls.

It is recommended to rinse the mat immediately after use to prevent the rice from sticking to it. Then let the mat dry thoroughly!
If the rice is difficult to remove, soak the mat in lukewarm water.
To prevent rice from sticking to the mat, you can wrap the mat with cling film.
